Thank you for the great conversation during our first meeting. I will forward the notes today for your review. Our second task will be a continuation of the first. The next section, The Leadership Challenge, is broken into five sections. The blog will have posts for each section similar to the first task so that you can capture any thoughts or questions you feel may benefit the group and foster conversation. In addition, there will be a post for general comments that may come to mind as you read and reflect. Enjoy!

In preparation for our first meeting, would you read the Introduction and Part One – Elements of Culture in the book Shaping School Culture. Part one is broken into 6 sections. As you read each section, reflect/journal on your personal experiences and the connections you made while reading. Feel free to use the reflection/journal post to share any thoughts and comments. The reflection/journal post will be broken into the sections within part 1.Next, compose one to three questions for Part 1 that you can share with the group that will not only foster conversation, but will also provide an opportunity for deeper understanding.
